Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, If payment is received before 2pm your order will be dispatched the same day.

Airsure® is the fastest, safest and most reliable Royal Mail service for sending mail overseas. It includes priority handling and online tracking so you can check on the progress of your mail.

3) Royal Mail Special Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guarantees delivery of your urgent or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day.  If you would like a guaranteed next day service, choose this option. Please contact us if you require a guaranteed saturday service, otherwise it will be sent by standard special delivery..

4) Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed offers peace of mind when sending 1st class mail.  It offers proof of postage and tracking is available online.

Additional Information

All orders are packaged discretely and securely, with no indication of the contents.

The company accept no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system.  The exception to this is when an order is made by a tracked method such as Recorded delivery, Special delivery, International Signed For and Airsure - orders posted with the aforementioned services will be replaced and reposted free of charge in the event that they go missing whilst they are still in the UK, once they are passed overseas for delivery we accept no responsibility for the package, on confirmation by the Post Office/Royal Mail.  Orders siezed by customs will not be replaced however they are sent - it is the responsibility of the customer to check that they can import the products they are purchasing, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.
